This document outlines a lesson plan on teaching respect and kindness. The objective is for children to understand what respect means and how to show respect to one another. The lesson involves a discussion where children share their definitions of respect and kindness. The teacher then prompts discussion on how respect is important and how the world would be without it. Children are also asked how they can demonstrate respect and kindness in the classroom, with examples from the teacher. The assessment is whether children understand and can articulate what respect and kindness mean and how to show it to themselves and others.
