Perspective :( Employability change in Gautam Buddh Nagar UP)

Introduction: The purpose of the study was to develop an online recruitment software and
awareness about the job portal that would facilitate the fast and accurate selections of qualified
applicants. the modified waterfall model was utilized in the development of the software .The
developed software was then evaluated by six groups of respondents to determine the
effectiveness of the system in terms of performance reliability, security and cost effectiveness
Descriptive statistics revealed that the software was effective.
Analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in the evaluation of the six
groups on the effectiveness of the developed online recruitment system. This indicated that six
groups of respondents had the same rating on the effectiveness of the software. it implies that the
software would performed its functions effectively by selecting qualified applicants within a
shorter period of time. Thus ,it was recommended that the system be adopted by corporate.
Recommendations to improve the software were also offered. The job portals develop effectively
for the candidates are used easily. Whichever the candidate are search job and other side this
software also important for employer because if employer need of employee so he take the recruit
from portals.

Why need of the study: Because there are lots of person unemployment in India. The
government provides many schemes related to employment .the government provide skills
programmed, job fair etc. what are people aware about the that scheme. What are the reasons
people are not select in company. what are the gap between Job seekers and employer.

Human resources Management is an important activity followed by the job and of which
recruitment segment focuses on hiring right person for the right job.

E recruitment has helped various organizations to take candidate search at macro level, but the
major challenge is to what extent job seekers prefer job portals as an ideal source for seeking jobs.
Online recruitment process has proved to advantageous for the organization in terms of saving,
time and cost and also helping the company by providing an extensive horizon for search of
candidates. E recruitment to be an ideal platform for seeking job, as more and updated
information about various job openings is available in online job portals, it also helps in saving
time as well as cost compare to other sources of searching jobs. E recruitment to be a better
platform for job search compared to traditional methods of online recruitment.

E- Recruitment technology: The effective source of recruitment by Sakinah Mat


Zin: Human resources are being management with latest technical innovation one of them being
E HRM and the study focuses on sub area of it which is popularly known as E recruitment. E
recruitment is proving to be an ideal platform for hiring such potential candidates for the job.
Paper majorly focuses on understanding E recruitment as an new era for process of hiring
employees and to what extent it can be made attractive to pool in potential candidates to apply
for job through this platform. research tries to highlight that E portals definitely is an added
advantage for the job seeker in aspect of time and money if they are able to find an ideal job in
compare to that of other sources available in the industry.

always been a challenge as these factors will have an impact on overall organization

for the organization in terms of voluminous search, minimal operation cost for candidate search,

Study mainly focuses on understanding subjective experience and perception of job seekers
about E recruitment as an platform for job search. Research concentrates on parameters such as
ease of information, navigational usability, and user friendliness cost effectiveness, reliability,
security , value creation as few parameters in understanding overall preference and benefits of E
recruitment from employers and candidates perspective. As part of research it was observed
that although job portals have been one of the preferred mode by job seekers, there are various
concerns related to looking for job in portals in terms of information disclosure, privacy of
candidates credentials, access of not preferred employers into candidates details, spam mails
etc. E Recruitment, maintain policy ensuring security of information relating to candidates
credentials which have been posted and would be accessed by the employer for interview
process.

1. To understand employability scenario in Gautam Buddh Nagar: Firstly,


My objective How to increase employability in Gautam Buddh Nagar?. I study six
industries in Gautam Buddh Nagar. Six industries like that – BFSI (Banking finance
system industries), Appreal (Textile Industries) , Education and Training Industries etc.
It was my objective increase the employability in these industries. what the status of
employability.

2. To awareness about skills gap between job seekers and employer : what
are gap between job seekers and employer. what skills are required for jobs. which skills
have job seekers .what qualification and skills are required for particular jobs .this
objective about of job seekers gap.

3. To awareness about the Government jobs portals: There are lots of job portal
in india.like that Nakuri.com, Monoester, shine etc.The government also focus on
employment so the government also provide job portals. job portals like that NCS,
Sewayojan, sarakari result. All portals are provides information related to jobs, training.
Now days only few peoples are aware about the portals.

4.1 Scope of this study

Study is confined to candidates those were hired by Delphi job through process of recruitment.
Study was narrowed down to six parameters such as quality of information, cost effectiveness,
transparency, security and confidentiality, attractiveness and effectiveness, and to what extent
candidates will prefer job portal for future job search. Outcomes of the study may be applicable to
human resource consulting firm which majorly function in the process of E recruitment, which

will helps them to streamline their present recruitment strategy and focus on improvising factors
which have major influence on candidates who prefer job search through online portals.

Sample Design/ Techniques: - The Target population under this survey is the candidates for
job. The target population is candidates who are searching for job and HR who are searching
employee for companies.

Sample Size : The sample size I was take 216 job seekers and 38 HR Employer sample. This
sample I was collect Job Fair in sector 62 Noida, I was collect sample by job seekers and
employer. I was also visit many industries and take sample there and I visited also Chiti Village
and Kasana Village sample collect the data by Job seekers.

Data Analysis and interpretation: The purpose of analyzing data is to obtain usable and
useful information. The analysis, irrespective of whether the data is qualitative or quantitative,
may:

• compare variables

• identify the difference between variables

Analysis this report: An analysis made on the response received from 400 sample job seeker
and 40 job employer. The objective of this report to find out the gap between job seekers and
job employer. And to increase employability in Gautam Budhh Nagar Uttar Pardesh.

Analysis is made only from the information collected visit job seeker and through questionnaire
and no other data or information is taken into consideration for the purpose of drawing insights.

NCS ID : A National career services portal is developed primarily to connect the opportunities
with the aspiration of youth. This portal facilitate registration of job seekers,job providers, skill
providers, career counsellors ,etc.The portal provides job matching services in a highly
transparent and user friendly manner.

When I asked about the NCS id to job seekers , I found only 19% job seekers have NCS id. If Job
seekers are aware about NCS id so job seekers can be updated jobs and many things.

respondent are more than other portal. Only nakuri.com portal have some company are
registered but NCS portal have lot of company are registered. But NCS portal have some
candidate register.

agree for expericance. But in the industry mostly experience are required for entry level jobs.

seekers 46% talk to newspaper, only 17% aware to website, 16% aware to college/university,
and 21% aware to friend. But job fair all information job seekers can collect to website.

,monthly, quarterly, semi annually, annually etc.

will take data 22 respondents employer. Here employer require mostly soft skills because here
46% employer require soft- skills, only 27% require technical skills and 27% require are
internship.

7. Finding and conclusion

1. No good skills according to job roles : Here find in Gautam Buddh Nagar of job Seekers
candidate are not good skills according to job roles. May be that’s why job seekers are
not select in the company.

2. Primary rural education are not good, if in Gautam buddh nagar the primary education
will be good definitely our communication skills are improve and knowledge also.

3. Language barriers because MNCs companies required English and other language. In
Gautam Buddh Nagar job seekers candidate are not speak English frequently that why
candidate are not select in MNCs companies.

 We polo shed our skills in using log frames-mail marketing,google forms, preparing
questionnaire through hypothesis.

 We learned how to communicate with professional hr persons for survey sheet filing.

 We learned different job roles and their Qualities skills which we have to develop.

 We learned about why there is huge skill gap between candidate and a job.

 We learned about online job portals

 Job fair teach us how to register and apply for the job.

 So much people gave their suggestions it will us making our research productive.

 We also polished our skills In ms word,ms excel,ms power point.

Government can do this activity for increase employability :

Organized job fair: The government can organized job fair every month in Gautam buddh
Nagar. Every job fair organized in different – different venue. Because that job seekers are aware
this activity. The employability are increase.

To aware about the sewayojan and NCS id : The government firstly aware of job seekers
to sewayojan portal. That why job seekers are take benefits and registered your self for the jobs
and aware also NCS id because NCS portal provide many thing like that – Training , Job skills,
loan etc.

Provide the skills & training according to job roles : The government provide the skills
and training according to job roles.
