iii. For BERF Grantees with 2 or 3 members per team, only one (1) BERF Grantee is
requested to attend the Commencement. Certificate of Completion will be
given to grantees.

5. Participants to join the Commencement activity are the Policy, Planning and
Research Division (PPRD) Secretariat, members of the Regional Research
Committee (RRC), Senior Education Program Specialists (SEPS) for Planning and
Research, and the lead proponents of the research papers funded by BERF.

6. All participants are required to register thru bit.ly/3rdBERFcommencement on or

before March 8, 2019 at 5:00 PM.

7. Attached are the indicative program of activities and list of BERF Grantees for your
reference for your reference.

8. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged against the Basic
Education Research Fund (BERF) while the travelling and other incidental expenses
of this activity are chargeable against local funds subject to usual government
accounting rules and regulations.

9. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
