Holographic Will

This document provides a sample of a holographic will. A holographic will is handwritten, dated and signed by the testator. It states that upon the testator's death, all their properties shall be distributed equally between their wife and only child. The note explains that a holographic will must be entirely written, dated and signed by the testator, does not need notarization, and is better witnessed by at least three witnesses for probate purposes.
