Social Media- call the computer-mediated technologies that facilitate the creation

Mobile Media- media which are evolving rapidly and while mobile phones will
continue to be the mainstay.
Internet Safety - the knowledge of maximizing the user's personal safety and
security risks to private information and
property associated with using the internet, and the self-protection from computer
crime in general
Ethics - awareness of rules that either punish or reward us for doing something:

of being punished for bad behavior, but become more concerned with the rewards of

Twitter - online news and social networking service where users post and interact
with messages, "tweets", restricted to 140 characters.
File management system - a particular type of software that manages data files in a
computer system that has limited capabilities and is designed to manage individual
or group files, such as special office documents and records.
Wix - cloud-based web development platform that was first developed and popularized
by the Israeli company that allows users to create HTML5 web sites and mobile sites
through the use of online drag and drop tools.
Zamzar - is an online file converter, created by brothers Mike and Chris Whyley in
England that allows user to convert files without downloading a software tool, and
supports over 1,000 different conversion types.
Word2pdf - is an online tool to easily convert WORD files to PDF file that offers
many more features.
True Online Collaboration - particular activity when users can utilize software to
truly work with others as if they were staying in the room with each other and that
geography is no longer a barrier.
Google Talk - application which is an instant messaging service that provides both
text and voice communications.
Google Hangout - Google application that is a unified communications service that
allows members to initiate and participate in text, voice or video chats, either
one-on-one or in a group that such apps are available for iOS and Android devices
on July 12, 2016.
Skype - online site that offers an instant messaging app that provides online text
message and video chat services wherein users may transmit both text and video
messages and may exchange digital documents such as images, text, and video and
allows video conference calls.
