We, the organizing committee members of ‘Global Teachers/Achievers Conference 2018’ are very
happy to invite you for the special conference of selected teachers and achievers from 10 different fields
of activities from all over India and world at famous International city, Bangkok (Thailand). We are
pleased to inform you that the organizing committee has nominated you for ‘Global Teacher/Achiever
Awards 2018’, to be presented in the award ceremony of this conference. The award consists of a Award
Memento, Medal, Certificate, Mahavastram & Awardee badge. The award distribution ceremony will be at
the hands of the honorable chief guest of the Conference. You are requested to deliver 3-4 minutes
speech on our theme of conference in any language. Our Theme of discussion is ‘Empowerment of
Teachers/Achievers for Building Sustainable Global Society’. Invitation and nomination has been given
to those teachers/achievers who have contributed a lot in their service as a teacher/professor, head of
school/college, founder of educational institutes or support person in the field of education and other 9
fields of excellence. Those who are earlier recipients of International-National-State-District-Block
teacher award or any other teacher/achiever award are invited & nominated for the conference. This
Global Teachers/Achievers conference & award function will be held on 14th JANUARY 2018, At Baiyoke
Suite Hotel Conference Hall, Rathaprarop Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand. Detailed
instructions regarding participation in this conference & delegate registration form has been attached
with this letter.

Important Instructions :
1. Fare for economy class air-tickets calculated on an average basis from Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and
Chennai. It may differ from other airports. Group will be conducted only from Mumbai. From other airports
individual journey is the only option.
2. Passport charges and visa fees to be paid by passenger directly and separately to the respective service
provider. Package cost is excluding passport and visa fees.
3. Places where tickets are compulsory, entry tickets should be purchased by passenger through our Thai tour
guide only. (Tallest Tower, Safari World, River ChauPriya Cruise Dinner etc. are extra chargeable entries).
4. All decisions related to organizing package tour and conference program has been reserved with the
organizing body of MVLA Trust.
5. Air-fares are dynamic in nature and increases gradually so kindly, book your package as early as possible after
receiving this letter.
6. Package Booking Procedure : Applicants wishing to book professional package for tour booking with air ticket or
without air ticket should deposit 50% of the total package amount (Rs. 18000) for booking air tickets. Remaining 50%
of the total package amount (9000 Thai baht) should be paid in 10 days before journey date.. If tour cancellation
request is made before 20 days of the scheduled tour program then per person Rs. 7500/- will be deducted from the
booking amount and remaining amount of deposited package will be refunded to participant after 45 days from the
scheduled tour. Cancellation requests after 5th January 2018 & no show are not refundable & non transferable
whatsoever the reason may be.
7 We are following Visa on arrival procedure so no need of worry about pre-entry visa formality for Thailand visit.

1) Global Teachers/Achievers Conference 2018 is a program organized by MVLA Trust, Mumbai, India to promote and
encourage commendable achievements in the field of education and other 9 specific fields at National/International
Level. MVLA Trust organizes functions in which Teachers-Achievers and Institutes who are contributing from 10 specific
fields are given "Global Teacher/Achiever Awards 2018" for significant achievements and contributions in the field of
education and other 9 fields. This helps to promote, encourage and recognize the teachers and teaching professionals
and achievers in their work and efforts. The entry to this conference is restricted only to registered delegates through the
procedure given below.
2) Those who are invited for the conference and nominated for the award ceremony should fill up the delegate form of
the conference and deposit delegation charges as specified to register their names as delegates of the conference.
There is no upper age limit for participation in the conference. Global Teachers/Achievers Awards and Conference at
Bangkok (Thailand) will be on 14th January 2018. Global Teacher/Achiever awards will be given to individuals &
institutions. Nominations are given to the individuals or institutions by the organizing committee to seek their consent to
attend the ceremony as a registered delegate to receive award.
3) Delegation charges for event management per nominated person for conference at Bangkok (Thailand) is Rs. 5,500/-
(INR Five Thousand Five hundred). If any additional person wish to come along with the nominated person per additional
person delegation charge will be Rs. 1500/- (INR One Thousand & Five Hundred ).
4) Delegate form is attached with this nomination letter and last date for registration of awardee delegates & additional
attendees is 7 days from the delivery of this nomination letter. Delegates are requested to fill up all the columns in the
form, attach one copy of earlier national/international/state/district/block award, xerox copy of Aadhar card or election
card or any other identity card showing nationality, attach deposit slip of delegation charges mentioned in this

8) The Organizing committee of Global Teachers/Achievers Conference 2018, MVLA Trust has handed over All
responsibility & rights for managing this event to Event management agency INFOTECH FEATURES.
9) All delegates are instructed to make arrangement of their journey from their home town to Thailand and return, their
accommodation in Thailand and their food services etc. by their own efforts and costs. The organizing committee is not
responsible to arrange these services as a part of conference program. Please note that delegate registration & package
booking are two different things.
10) For those who wish to book a professional package for accommodation, food Services, professional tour, visit to
tourist places in Bangkok city & nearby, can avail 2 nights and 3 days special package from SARAS tour and travel group.

12) The delegation amount is non refundable & non transferable for any reason whatsoever may be. Registered
delegates who could not attend the award function will be sent the award material through post after 45 Days. Postal
charges 700/- applicable.
13) After receiving delegate form and delegation charges from the delegate, organizing committee will send the
detailed conference program with personalized Invitation card, entry pass, venue details, time and all other details by
registered /speed post or email. For security reasons photo Identity proof is mandatory. Kindly co-operate manual or
machine frisking if required at the time of entry to event venue.
14) All rights in respect of organizing this conference has been reserved with the organizing committee of MVLA Trust.
Decision taken by the organizing committee will be binding to the all delegates. Those delegates who wish to refer or
suggest names of outstanding personalities to nominate for award are requested to send the profile of that person.
