Business Model Canvas Report

The document summarizes a student project on hazardous gas detection. It was submitted by three electrical engineering students at Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering to fulfill their degree requirements. The project involves designing a system using an Arduino to detect hazardous gas levels and alert workers through an alarm and LCD display in the event of a gas leak. The system aims to improve safety and prevent loss of human life from gas leakage accidents in industries and mines.

ABSTRACT

The project is about hazardous gas detection where dangerous gas will be detecting for
prevention of human death due to gas leakage accidents. Here we use arduino for controlling
whole system. Hazardous gases impact on health of human life; else they will be use in
industries in large quantities these gases monitored at real time by gas sensor through
arduino. If gas leakage level exceeds then normal level it will be sense through gas sensor
and its quantity indicate in LCD display which connected to the arduino. Arduino give output
signal to siren, and siren start ringing and give warning about gas leakage accident. Hence
chance to be less of endangering of human life.

Chapter 1 Introduction

Figure I Unfilled Business Model Canvas

This business model canvas can be used to visualize such customer expectations and
market problems. This exercise will increase the market strategy and implementation of
technology. This will make them more effective in market.

This exercise brings discussions on viability and cost effectiveness into picture with their
impact. This exercise will enable usto have knowledge on the steps required to ensure
that a solution they develop via project should have a user who can afford it with desired
needs. This exercise helps us to understand the true value of the proposed solution.

Business Model Canvas is used to validate the market significance of products and
services which will be of technology nature in this case. Technology projects are often
solutions or processes that solve a technical problem. However the market
implementation of such solutions also require that the problem solution is designed to
overcome not just the technical barriers but also market and business related barriers of
costs, customers reach and collaborations and those that pertain to the practical nature of
limited initial capacities within the team.
