    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    Assalamualaikum,

    Alhamdulillah, all praises to Allah for His blessing and for giving me

    strength, spirit and ability in completing this research paper.

    Here, I would like to give a special appreciation for my first advisor Madam Intan

    Nazrenee Ahmad, my second advisor Madam Siti Zaharah Safin for giving me

    guidance, knowledge, supervision, constant support, great encouragement and

    their invaluable help of constructive comments and suggestions throughout this

    research paper. Not forget, I would like to extend my appreciation to my statistic

    advisor Madam Kartini Kassim for her professional and untiring guidance on the

    statistic result of this report. Their valuable comments, suggestions, academic

    support and advices have been a great instrumental guidance in finalizing this

    report. Without their understanding and consideration, this research paper would

    not have been completed successfully. May Allah compensate all of them with
