February -16 to March 17 with Sogex Oman CO L.L.C in SOHAR / OMAN as Lead Operations
of 20MLD RO plant. Client: Majis Industrial Services.
• Position handling: Working at a capacity of Manager Operations for 20MLD RO plant.
• Responsibilities handling:
• Leading a team to optimize operations and maintenance of Desalination Plant to
ensure 100 % plant availability for water production to meet dispatch quality,
quantity and energy consumption requirements Decision making for Regular
Smooth operation of the plant for achieving Targeted Production Rates.
• Analysing the Membrane performance, directing the team towards suitable

cleanings ,safe and productive operation practices Work Experience
April -13 to Feb -16 with Thermal Power tech corporation India ltd ( Sembcorp
Group) as Asst manager Maintenance
Erection, Commissioning & maintenance of Fuel Oil system, Compressors, HVAC, Sea Water
Intake, R.O & DM Plant, Fire fighting system, Cooling Towers Turbine auxiliaries.
• Predictive, Reactive & preventive maintenance jobs monitoring through SAP, assisting
maintenance in their day to day activities.
