    Ma’am:

    I’m writing this letter to formally file an immediate resignation on my job as a Service
    Crew due to the fact that my uncle has advised me to complete my requirements and training
    to be able to undergo maritime on-boarding in Manila, furthermore I would like to call your
    attention regarding the attitudes of some of the crew members working in your organization
    that contributes to my decision, there are instances unto which they question my integrity by
    false accusation and mistreating subordinates which contributes to a pernicious environment
    for new employees.

    In connection to this, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for allowing me to be part of
    your team. Thank you for the knowledge I had experience during my stay. I will not forget such
    great opportunity you had given me.
