    25 PRE-TASK T-Ss
    minutes -Ss read the four events and asks “What are the events?” Ss-T
    -Ss skim and answer the questions in pairs. Then T elicits answers. S-S
    -Ss read the conversations and answer comprehension questions:
     When’s Alec’s birthday?
     What day is the party? What time?
     When is the dance?
     Where is Casey’s restaurant?
     What time is the movie tonight?
     What movie is it?
     Who is in the movie?
     What time is the movie?
     What time is the meeting?
     What time is it now? Are the man and woman late?
    TASK
    -T shows a chart and plays the audio. Ss listen to the conversations and complete the chart.
    -Ss compare their answers and report them.
    -Ss correct the Integrated practice sentences. Compare and report.
    10 POSTASK T-Ss
    minutes -T shows the symbols for the horoscope and elicits their names. Ss-T
    -Ss complete the chart with their classmates’ information. S-S
    -Ss report their partner’s information.
