    2 Some schools have decided to stop giving exams to students. Many teachers say that
    exams are very stressful for students. They also say that exams do not help them
    understand how well students are doing. Instead of tests, these teachers say that students
    should be given assignments. Other teachers, however, say that tests are the fairest way to
    check students’ progress.

    In my opinion, students these days do not need stricter rules about how they can wear their
    hair. For a start, students are already stressed about studying. We don’t need to worry about
    getting in trouble because we didn’t have time to get our hair cut. Also, students are already
    disciplined. We study hard and manage our time. We also fit in sports and help around the
    house. All in all, I don’t think we need stricter rules about our hair.

    I think that it is a good idea to stop giving exams to students. Many students are very smart,
    but they are not good at writing exams. For these students, exams are very unfair. Also
    studying for exams can be very stressful. I think that it is unhealthy for young children to
    have too much stress. To conclude, I think that it is a good idea to stop giving tests to
    students.
