I. Cautions

Operations Guide:

When operating the button, first press any key to light up the screen backlight,
then carry on the function operation. All keystroke functions of the machine are only
effective when the screen is lit.
1. Power-on: push the power key position from OFF to ON, the machine starts automatically. Press the

playback key for 3 seconds (the power switch must be turned on) and the machine starts

automatically.

2. Shut down: push the power key from "ON" position to "OFF" position, the machine automatically shut

down. Power-on state, long press the play key 3 seconds, the machine automatically shut down.

3. Recording: push the recording key from the position of "SAVE" to the position of "REC" (in standby state),

the time starts walking seconds, the recording begins. The interface is shown in figure 1

4. Pause recording: during the recording process, press the play key and pause the recording. If you want to

continue recording, press the play key to record it again. Interface as shown in figure 2

5. Save recording: during recording, push the position of the recording key "REC" to the "SAVE" location to

save the current recording. The recording file is named after REC001.WAV or REC001.MP3 (depending

on the recording format you set). The interface is shown in figure 3:

6. Play / pause: play a voice or music file, press the play button to start playing, and pause the play by

pressing the play key during the playback process.

7. Volume adjustment: in standby or playback state, press the short volume key, then press the previous key

to increase the volume, press the next key to reduce the volume.

8. Last / next song: short press the previous key or the next key to adjust.

9. Fast rewind/ forward: long press the previous key or the next key to adjust.

10. Enter main menu: long press menu key.

11. Return to the previous menu: after entering the sub-menu, when you need to return, press the menu key.

VI. Basic operations:

The following operation is not specified, the operation keys are short press, the play key is confirmed, the

operation button process is only valid when the screen is lit. Press any key to light up when the screen is off.

Power on / off:

Switch the power switch to the "OFF" by automatically booting the machine to the location where the power is

turned on to the "ON", going to standby, and dialing the power switch to the "power switch"

"disconnect the power supply at the location of. In sleep mode, long press the play key 3 seconds direct power on,

in the power-on state, long press the playback key 3 seconds appear "BYE" after shutdown, enter sleep. In the

pause or stop state, 3 Minutes no operation will automatically shut down the machine, into the state of sleep.

Recording / Save recording:

In standby state, the recording key dialed to the "REC" position to start recording, the recording interface is

prompted, the recording process to dial the recording key to the "SAVE" location to save the recording, after short

press the play key to start playing the recording file.

Play, pause recording file / music file:

1. Play recording: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" to select "recording" and then press the

play key to enter the next level of the menu. Press previous or next to select Library and press play to enter the list

of recording files. Press previous or next to select the recording file to play, and press the play key to play it. Press

the play key to pause during playback.

2. Play music: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" to select "Music" and press play to enter the

music file list. Press previous or next to select the music file to play and press the play key to play it. Press the play

key to pause during playback.

Change track / Fast forward / rewind:

When playing, press the next key to switch to the next file and press the previous key to switch to the previous file.

Long press "next song" for fast forward, long press "previous song" for quick rewind.

Adjust the volume:

When playing a recording, music file, or standby, press the Volume key and the volume adjustment interface

appears. (it automatically exits the volume interface after 3 seconds when not operating.) Press next to reduce the

volume and press the previous key to increase the volume.

Play menu Setting

1. Repeat:

When the recording file or music file is paused or played, press the "menu" key long, press the "previous" or "next"

key to select "play mode" to enter, select "close repeat", "single repeat", "repeat all" as needed. Random play to

confirm by pressing the play key

2. Equalizer:

When the recording file or music file is paused or played, press the "menu" key, press the "previous" or "next" key

to select "Sound Settings" to enter, press the "previous" or "next" key to select the "equalizer" to enter, Choose

according to your needs: off, Rock, Fink, Heep Hope, Jazz, Classic, Electronic Music, etc. Press play to confirm.

3. Variable Speed playback:

When the recording file or music file is paused or played, press the "menu" key, press the "previous" or "next" key

to select "Sound Settings" to enter, press the "previous" or "next" key to select the "variable speed play" to enter,

Press the next key to play quickly, (1 ~ 8) select. Press the previous key to play slowly (- 1 / 8) to select. Press play

to confirm.

4. Repeat settings:

When the recording file, music file is paused or played, press the menu key long, press the previous key or the next

key to select "repeat Settings" to enter. Press "previous" or "next" to select re-test mode, repeat number, and

repeat interval to confirm entry as required.

4.1 repeat mode: press play confirmation and return to the playback interface when the "A" character in the middle

of the screen flashes, press the next key to confirm. The "A" character stops flickering and the "B" character flashes.

At this time reread start time confirmation, then press the "next song" key, "B character stop flash", "A B" character

fixed, then the end of the rereading time to determine, start the AB point repeatedly play, then press the play key

to cancel the A / B repeat function.

4.2 repeat times: press play confirm, press "previous" or "next" to select 10 times, press play to confirm.

4.3 repeat interval: press play confirm, press "previous" or "next" to select 01s, press play to confirm.

5. Single file, all file deletion: when recording file, music file is paused or played, long press "menu" key, press

Recording menu Setting

1. Recording format: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording" press the play

key to enter the sub-menu, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording format" to enter the lower menu.

Select MP3 format as needed, and WAV format press play to confirm.

2. Recording bit rate: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording" press the play

key to enter the sub-menu, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording bit rate", press the play key to enter,

Select as needed: "32KBPS", "64KBPS", "128KBPS", "192KBPS" (recording format MP3) or "256KBPS", "512KBPS",

"768KBPS", "1024KBPS", "1536KBPS" (recording format WAV) ), press the play key to confirm.

3. Set up the recording scene: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording" press

the play key to enter the sub-menu, press "previous" or "next" key to select "set recording scene", press the play

key to enter, Select as needed: normal scene, Train scene, Conference scene, remote scene press the play key to

confirm.

4. Monitoring settings: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording" press the

play key to enter the sub-menu, press "previous" or "next" key to select "monitoring settings", press the play key to

enter, Select as needed: "listening off", "listening on" press the play key to confirm. Turn on the monitoring

function, plug in the earphone while recording while monitoring.

5. Audio switch: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording" press the play key

to enter the sub-menu, press the "previous" or "next" key to select the "sound control switch", press the play key to

sound is paused (the minimum sound size at the start of the recording is related to the set recording scene). Note:

6. Segment recording: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording" press the

play key to enter the sub-menu, press "previous" or "next" key to select "subsection recording", press the play key

to enter, Press previous or next to select 0 Minutes, 30 Minutes, 60 Minutes, 90 Minutes, 120 Minutes to

confirm.

7. Timing recording: in the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "recording" press the play

key, enter the sub-menu, press "previous" or "next" key to select "scheduled recording", press the play key to enter.

7.1 scheduled recording (on / off): after pressing the play key to enter, press the previous or next key to set the on /

off, press the play key to confirm and exit

7.2 start time: set the time / minute, press "previous" or "next" to set the size, press the "Volume" key to switch the

time / minute, set the start time for the future time, for example: now the recording pen system time is 8. 00. You

set the time at 9: 00, that is, one hour later, the auto recording is turned on.

7.3 end time: the setting method is the same as setting the start time. The end time is the time when the recording

begins to be saved, for example: you now set to 10: 00, which is the recording time of 1 hour.

7.4 regular recording cycle: divided into: "single", "daily", "working day" set as needed.

Specific steps for setting up scheduled recording: 1. First set the recording pen system time and date, 2. Then set

the scheduled recording on, 3. Sets the start time of 4. Set end time, 5. Set recording cycle, 6. Recording pen soft

shut down, 7. Push the recording key to the REC position.

File Browse

In the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "File Browse" press the play key to confirm

entry, in this directory you can find music, recording files.

System menu Setting

In the main menu interface, press "previous" or "next" key to select "Settings" press play to confirm entry,

enter the sub-menu method is the same. Adjust the parameter size by pressing previous or next to

confirm that you press the play key

1. Set timing shutdown: the timing has a 0-99-minute setting. Set as needed.

2. Backlight timer: 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, always on options, set as needed.

3. Date and time setting: set time, press "previous" or "next" key to adjust the time / minute size, press the

"volume" key to switch time / minute, and finally press "play" key to confirm; the date setting method is

the same as the time setting.

4. Password switch: password selection on or off, power on or connected to the computer to enter the

password, protect the privacy of the user.

5. Password change: enter the original password 0000 when changing the password, and then enter the new

password.

6.Language/ language: the native system has 17 languages for users to use.

7. Information: you can view the local model, firmware version number, machine memory usage.

8. Formatting device: machine memory can be formatted, this function should be used with caution,

otherwise it will cause irreparable loss.

9. Factory settings: if there are exceptions in the use of the machine, can not be resolved to try to restore

factory settings, after setting, the parameters set before will change (system time unchanged).

VII. Charging:

1. When the battery icon shows low power, " "Please charge in time, while charging the switch must always

be in the ON position;

2. Use the USB cable to connect the computer to charge;

about 2 hours; strictly prohibited using mobile phone fast charger to charge this machine!

VIII. Communications operations:

1. Using the USB cable to connect the computer with the local computer, then the computer screen shows the

status of the USB connection;

2. If this is the first time you use this machine, windows will display "discover New hardware";

3. The removable disk letter appears in my computer;

4. Before unplugging the machine from the USB port of the computer, verify that communication with the

computer has stopped and must uninstall the USB device normally, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine

or loss of data; data upload and download also follow the above method.
