1A, 1.5MHz Micropower Synchronous Boost Converter

■ General Description ■ Features

The XT1801 is a synchronous, fixed frequency, step-up  Up to 93% efficiency
DC/DC converters delivering high efficiency in a 8-lead  1.5MHz fixed frequency switching
SOP package. The devices contain an internal NMOS  Internal synchronous rectifier
