    Figure 1 shows the enrolment data of Diosdado Macapagal National High School for
    the last two years.

    Statistics reveals that the school has an average increase of 11 % from School Year
    2017-2018 with the additional 27 more students to School Year 2018-2019, twenty
    more boys and seven more girls to be exact.

    The increase in the enrolment could be the positive image of the school and the
    better persuasion of the faculty and staffs.

    Statistics demonstrates an average increase of 65% of retained students from the


    school year 2017-2018. Increase of 5 more boys and a decrease of 1 girl.

    The table shows the number of students from grades 7-12 who are being promoted
    to the next higher grade level and its promotion rate.
    Statistics reveals that the promotion of Grades 8, 9, 10 decreased by the range
    of .01%-.05% while the Grade 12 shows a decreased by 20%. This is one area of
    concern of the school. Intervention should be done and motivate students to
    continue their studies and eventually finish junior and senior high school.

    Figures also confirm that Grade 7 and Grade 11 from all the school year have been
    successfully promoted which make these learners eligible to enrol to grade 8 and
    grade 12.
