    Title and risk : Risk in the equipment shall pass to the Buyer on shipment. Title to the equipment shall not pass to the
    Buyer until MT has received payment in full for the equipment.
    Service contracts : Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving three months written notice to the
    other party if the other party persistently fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement and fails to rectify the
    situation within 30 days of having been served with written notice requiring to do so.
