AFFIDAVIT OF NON-EMPLOYMENT

I, THELMA LANDICHO RAYMUNDO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen a resident and
with postal address at 40 Wellington Place Pasong Camachili ll General Trias ,Cavite, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state the following:

That, I am presently a voluntary member of Social Security System (SSS) within the
Philippines.

That, I have not employed in any kind of Public entity, unemployed or disability
payments and further no income in any sources since before up to present.

That, I have not been involved or employed in the government or in different institution.

That I executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the forgoing, further certify that
the information presented in this affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

That, this affidavit is made to be used in any legal purpose it may serve.

FURTHER AFFIANT SAY NO MORE.
