    ME 6411: Manufacturing Technology Laboratory-II
    Time: 3 Hours Maximum Marks: 100
    1. Perform the helical Gear cutting operation in the given cast iron blank as per the given dimension
    of module 2mm using horizontal milling. (All dimensions are in mm)

    2. Perform the spur Gear cutting operation in the given cast iron blank as per the given dimension of
    module 2mm using horizontal milling. (All dimensions are in mm)

    3. Perform the Gear cutting operation in the given cast iron blank as per the given dimension of
    module 2mm using gear hobbing. (All dimensions are in mm)

    4. Perform the Gear cutting operation in the given cast iron blank as per the given dimension of
    module 2mm using gear shaping. (All dimensions are in mm)
    5. Perform Grinding operation on the given work piece using cylindrical Grinding machine.

    (All dimensions are in mm)

    6. To perform the contour milling on given work piece using vertical milling machine.

    (All dimensions are in mm)

    7. Measure the cutting forces in milling process using end milling cutter.
    8. Perform Grinding operation on the given work piece using surface Grinding machine
    (All dimensions are in mm)

    9. To perform the angle grinding with tool and cutter grinder on the given work piece for the given
    dimensions. (All dimensions are in mm)

    10. Write and simulate the CNC part programme for the given sketch. (All dimensions are in mm)

    12. Measure the cutting forces in lathe using lathe tool dynamometer.
