Subject : ADDITIONAL WORKS – Plastering of Common Walls for Units Constructed individually
I. OBJECTIVE
The objective of this memorandum is to seek approval for the additional Plastering works at
VDH townhouse units constructed individually.
II. RATIONALE
The Plastering of Common Wall is needed to:
1. To avoid complains from the unit owner on water seepage through the wall during rainy
season.
2. To avoid further damage, during rainy season water can penetrate through the large voids
of the hollow blocks and destroy the paints inside.
III. RECOMMENDATIONS
1. There are three units to be plastered the cost per unit is Php17, 507.28 the total amount for
five (5) units is Php87, 536.40, incurred cost will be then deducted to the Contract cost of
the upcoming contractors of the adjacent unit.
IV. JUSTIFICATION
To protect these completed unit from further damages due to water seepage. Plastering of
Walls need to be done as soon as possible.
