ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

All incoming students who wish to enroll shall take and pass the entrance
examination given by the Center for Student Services (CeSS).

ADMISSION REVIEW

The applicant shall accomplish the Admission Review Checklist (REG.1-C).


The process includes awareness of the Institute Quality Policy and Goals,
Admission Requirements, Attendance Policy, Assessment Standards,
Enforcement of Campus Discipline, etc. and the agreement of the
applicant to undergo such processes and standards.

ENROLLMENT PROCESSES

After reading the institute’s Standard Policy and Agreeing to be governed


by the said policies and standards, the following Enrollment Processes shall
be undertaken using REG.2C.

STEP 1 - Submission of Requirements

1.1 For High School Graduates

Grants:

1. Graduating Class of 100 or more students

Valedictorian- Full Scholarship (1 year)


Salutatorian- 100% TF discount (1 semester)

2. Graduating Class of less than 100 students

Valedictorian-100% TF (1 year)
Salutatorian-50% TF (1 semester)

Requirements:

1. Certification from the school


2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. High School Card
4. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
5. Latest 2x2 ID picture (3 pcs.)
6. Accomplished scholarship form

Process:

1. Fill-up then submit application for scholarship to be approved by


the Registrar
2. Renewal of the grants depends on academic performance with
reference to residence scholarships

1. Present the discounted coupon to the registrar


2. Accomplish the pre-enrolment form for approval by the Registrar
3. Renewal of scholarship grants depends on Academic Performance
with reference to residence scholarships.

3. Residence Scholarship

Grants:
Class A, B, C Scholarship

1. Class “A-1” – Honor listers whose average rating is 95%- 100% with no
grade lower than 93% shall enjoy Full scholarship of one
semester.
2. Class “A-2” – Honor listers whose average rating is 95% - 100% but has
grade in one subject below 93% but above 85 shall enjoy 100%
Discount Tuition and Miscellaneous fee.

3. Class “B-1” – Honor listers whose average rating is 90% -94.9% with no
grade in any subject below 89% shall enjoy 75% Discount Tuition
Fees only.

4. Class “B-2” – Honor listers whose average rating is 90% - 94.9% but has
grade in one subject below 89% but above 85% shall enjoy 60%
discount on tuition fee only.

5. Class “C-1” – Honor listers whose average rating is 85% - 89.9% with
no grade in any subject lower than 85 shall enjoy 50% Discount
Tuition Fee only.

6. Class “C-2” – Honor listers whose average rating 85 – 89 % but has


grade in one subject lower than 85 but above 80% shall enjoy 30%
Discount Tuition fee only.

Requirements:

1. Must have enrolled 20 units per semester except for the last
semester of the curricular year
2. Validated evaluation of grades
3. Accomplished forms with pictures

Process:

1. Accomplish and submit Scholarship Application form to be


approved by the Registrar.
2. accomplished official enrollment not later than 1st day of classes.
4. WPA (Wilijado P. Abuid)
SCHOLARSHIP

Grants:

1. Full Scholarship (except registration, training and other expenses for


the entire program)
2. Allowance is subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees

Requirements:
1. Service requirements of 25 hours per week
2. Barangay/NBI clearance
3. Passed entrance examination requirement

Process:
1. Accomplished Application forms with latest ID pictures 2x2 (3 pcs.)
2. Initial screening by HRD not later than 2 weeks from 1st day of
classes
3. Final screening and approval by Vice President for Administration.
4. Fill-up scholarship form to be approved by Registrar
5. Renewal of scholarships shall follow the same procedures subject to
the following:
a. no failing grade/dropped subject
b. completion of service requirements
c. satisfactory performance evaluation

Note: WPA scholars shall have their schedule of classes attached for
approval of the Vice president for Administration.

5. Socialized Financial Subsidy


Grants:

1. Discounts vary depending on the


category

Requirements:

1. Passed entrance examination requirement


2. Accomplished application forms with documentary requirements,
as follows:
a. Barangay clearance of the applicant and parent/guardian
b. ITR/BIR Form 2316/Certification of employment/Affidavit of No
Fixed Income/Affidavit of Non-filing of Income Tax Return
c. BIR Certification for Non-Filing of ITR.

Process:

1. Submit complete documentary requirements to CESS for initial


screening
2. Claim approved scholarship application form from the Finance for
official enrollment at the Registrar.
3. Renewal of SFS grants subject to the following requirements:

Semestral:
a. Evaluation of grades from the Registrar (No failing
grade/dropped subject)
b. Completion of service requirements (36 hours) per semester
c. Clearance for SFS
d. Active member of any AIMS accredited student organization
before the renewal of the scholarship.

Annual:
a. Same as documentary requirements stated above except
number 1.

6. NON-ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS

6.1 Community Scholarship

6.1.1. JOA SCHOLARSHIP


(JAYNE OFFEMARIA-ABUID SCHOLARSHIP)

Grant:
1. Full scholarship except training and other fees

Requirements:
1. Certificate of JOA scholarship
2. Passed entrance examination requirement
Process:

1. Submit the original copy of the certificate of JOA scholarship


together with the accomplished scholarship form to the Registrar
2. Claim approved application for official enrollment

Notes:

1. The JOA certificate, once utilized, is non-transferrable


2. The JOA certificate is strictly valid only for the number of years of the
program enrolled in.

6.1.2 SK Chair and SK


Kagawad
Grants:

SK Chair

Pasay residents 100% TF


Other municipality residents 50% TF
Kagawad
Pasay residents 50% TF
Other municipality residents 30% TF

Requirements:

1. Certification from the LGU every semester


2. Barangay clearance
3. Passed the entrance examination Requirement
4. Undertaking for 36 hours service requirements

Process:
1. Accomplish and submit scholarship application form to be
approved by the Registrar
2. Claim approved scholarship for official enrollment
3. Renewal of SK scholarship subject to the following requirements:
a. Certification from the LGU every semester
b. Barangay clearance
c. Completion of thirty six (36) hour- service requirements per
semester
d. No failing grade/dropped subject
e. Active member of any accredited student organization
6.1.3. PARTNERSHIP
SCHOLARS

Grant:

1. Scholarship grants subject to the approval of the EXCOM

Requirements:
1. Letter of request/ MOA/MOU of partner agencies
2. Passed entrance examination

Process:

1. Submit scholarship request to VP for approval.


2. Submit approved scholarship request with the documentary
requirements to the Registrar
3. Accomplish application form for official enrollment

6.2 Regiment/Student Council/Baywatch/ Varsity


6.3
Grants:

1. Scholarship discounts subject to evaluation of performance as


recommended by advisers
a. Corps of Cadet Officers
- 20% - Full Scholarship
b. Student Council Officers
- 25%- 100% TF Discount
c. Staffers of School Organ
- 25%100% TF Discount

Requirements:

1. Official certification from the adviser


2. undertaking for a minimum service requirement of 3 hrs/week or
12hrs/month(report to Adviser)
Renewal Requirements:

1. Recommendation from adviser


2. No Failed/Dropped subject
3. Service of not less than 36 hours per semester

Process:
1. Accomplish and submit scholarship application form to be
approved by the Registrar or recommended by
adviser and approving authority.
2. official schedule of classes and services shall be reviewed by
advisers prior to enrollment.

6.3 Alumni Scholarship/ Board Passers Dependent

Grants:
1. avail the discounts intended for the alumni 20% - 50% TF Discount
(depends on program/course for alumni)
2. -20% TF Discount - passer
-30% TF Discount – topnotcher

Requirements:
1. Graduate of any course of the institution
2. Dependent must be nearest kin (e.g brother, sister) as certified
3. Meet the entrance standard qualification of AIMS

Process:
1. Accomplish and submit scholarship application form to be
approved by the Registrar.
2. Claim approved scholarship for official enrollment

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

1. Original and photocopies of the Notice of


Acceptance (NOA) from the school containing
a clear impression of the schoo1’s official dry
seal addressed to: The Registrar Visa division-
Office of Consular Affairs.
2. Seven (7) copies of Original Personal History.
Statement (PHS), duly accomplished and
signed by the applicant in English and In
national alphabet, accompanied by personal
seal, if any, original left and right hand prints on
PHS and original photos.
3. TOR / scholastic records (original and xerox
copies), duly authenticated by the Philippine
Embassy or Consulate in the applicant's
country of origin or legal resIdence.
4. A notarized Affidavit of Support and proof of
adequate financial support to cover expenses
of student's accommodation and subsistence,
as well as school dues and other incidental
expenses.
5. Passport pages where name, photo, birth date
and birthplace appear.

After having done all the 8 steps mentioned above, the student is
considered to officially enrolled.
