The 5th Year Mechanical Engineering students of Bicol University will be conducting a Students’
Community Engagement Project as part of the requirement of the subject BES 12b
Environmental Engineering. This activity will commence on February 8 and 15, 2019 at
Magurang, Polangui, Albay with the following objectives:

1. University’s commitment to its students which is to expose them to activities which will
enhance their leadership skills and theoretical aspect of the profession courses in Bachelor
of Science in Mechanical Engineering through On-Site Community Project Engagement.

2. To give them the opportunity to gain professional and work-related insights from reputable
and experienced seniors of the profession, through actual project planning and
management.

In this regard, the undersigned would like to request for the issuance of TRAVEL ORDER for the
said activity.

With our enthusiastic desire to realize this endeavor, we earnestly hope and pray that our request
