    Mam,

    Peace be with you!

    This is to inform your respected office of my growing concern regarding the construction of the two-
    story four-classroom Senior High School building here in our School, Calasumanga National High School,
    Brgy. Calasumanga, Panukulan, Quezon.

    The construction of the Senior High School building mentioned above has begun last February 2016 and
    is still presently uncompleted. This means that the construction of this building has been ongoing for almost two
    years to date making the construction timeline of this building way deferred. So as to further describe, this
    building still has no roof and ceilings. Moreover, floorings, interiors, doors and windows, comfort rooms and
    electrical installations are still incomplete. Conclusively, this Senior High School building is still just half-
    finished.

    Being a School Head, my concern develops upon the obvious incapacity of the contractors to meet the
    expected construction completion date. In consideration of the fact that we lack classrooms and that our Senior
    High School enrolment has been continuously increasing, I am afraid that we will end up teaching our Senior
    High School students on our school stage, along our pathways or even worse, just under the trees.

    Lastly, I have included in this letter pictures of this Senior High School building for your ready scrutiny.
    I am hoping that I will have your highly-appreciated response on this matter.
