• Transaction Structuring and Advisory: Focused on delivering transaction advisory services and bringing
the best international standards to execution, in a fair and speedy manner.
• Negotiations: Exclusively assist the Client in negotiating key commercial terms and enter into a Term-
sheet with identified Developers/Investors for the proposed acquisition of the Project.
• Coordination: Assist Principal/ Director in closing the transaction, liaison between client and various
agencies post Termsheet stage including Private Equity/Venture Capital funds, Investors, Lenders and
Developers.
• Backend: Information Memorandums, Financial Models, Cash-flow Schedules, Proposals as well building
a network and collecting Market Intelligence to support transactions.

• Meticulously reconciled and rectified the Waterfall schedule for a credit fund since inception (2012).
• Flawlessly built VBA based automation in the Waterfall schedule, minimized potential errors and reduced
work time by 80%.
• Identified the high priority complex functions currently driven on Excel (Macros) and pushed them
towards functionality to be built in the Niagara (an in-house Waterfall application).
• Built dashboard for valuations data from the iLEVEL, achieved refined analysis, visualization and
streamlined automation for the monthly/quarterly tasks (saved 50+ workhours/quarter).
• Providing detailed reports to NYC team to help them better understand the differences between the HRM,
Niagara and excel schedules.
