    The Philippines' Department of Agrarian Reform

    (Filipino: Kagawaran ng Repormang Pansakahan, abbreviated


    as DAR or KRP) is the executive department of the Philippine
    Government responsible for the redistribution of agrarian land in
    the Philippines.

    1902 Land Registration Act

    The Philippines' Land Registration Authority (Filipino: Pangasiwaan sa


    Patalaan ng Lupain), abbreviated as LRA, is an agency of the
    Philippine government attached to the Department of
    Justice responsible for issuing decrees of registration and
    certificates of title and register documents, patents and other land
    transaction for the benefit of landowners, agrarian reform-
    beneficiaries and the registering public in general; providing a
    secure, stable and trustworthy record of land ownership and recorded
    interests therein so as to promote social and economic well-being and
    contribute to the national development.

    Ang Kagawaran ng Repormang Pansakahan ng Pilipinas (Ingles: Department


    of Agrarian Reform, o DAR) ay isang kagawarang
    tagapagpaganap ng Pamahalaan ng Pilipinas na itinakdang magsagawa ng
    lahat ng mga programang reporma sa lupa (partikular ang repormang
    pansakahan) sa bansa, na may layuning itaguyod ang katarungang
    panlipunan at industriyalisasyon.

    The Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program

    more commonly known as CARP, is an agrarian reform law of the


    Philippines whose legal basis is the Republic Act No.
    6657,[1] otherwise known as the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law
    (CARL).[2] It is the redistribution of private and public agricultural
    lands to help the beneficiaries survive as small independent farmers,
    regardless of the “tenurial” arrangement. Its goals are to provide
    landowners equality in terms of income and opportunities, empower land
    owner beneficiaries to have an equitable land ownership, enhance the
    agricultural production and productivity, provide employment to more
    agricultural workers, and put an end to conflicts regarding land
    ownership.
    The Department of Education
    (abbreviated as DepEd; Kagawaran ng Edukasyon) is the executive
    department of the Philippine government responsible for ensuring
    access to, promoting equity in, and improving the quality of basic
    education.[2] It is the main agency tasked to manage and govern the
    Philippine system of basic education. It is the chief formulator of

    1902 Public Land Act

    The Philippine Organic Act (c. 1369, 32 Stat. 691) was a basic law for
    the Insular Government that was enacted by the United States
    Congress on July 1, 1902. It is also known as the Philippine Bill of
    1902 and the Cooper Act,after its author Henry A. Cooper. The approval
    of the act coincided with the official end of the Philippine–American
    War.

    The Agricultural Land Reform Code (RA 3844)

    was an advancement of land reform in the Philippines and was enacted


    in 1963 under President Diosdado Macapagal. It abolished tenancy and
    established a leasehold system in which farmers paid fixed rentals to
    landlords, rather than a percentage of harvest

    Philippine education policy and responsible for the Philippine primary


    and secondary school systems. It has its headquarters at the DepEd
    Complex in Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.
