Reinforced Concrete T Girder Bridge

Overview
• A single span of 20.5m long simply supported RC bridge consisting of four reinforced concrete girders

spaced at 3m centers are generated using beam elements with defined

• The behavior of the bridge under Static loads and Moving loads are examined.

• Design of RCC Girders is also presented.

In this tutorial we will learn the following things:

- How to generate sections in midas Civil.

- How to assign static loads in midas Civil.

- How to define moving load as per IRC 6 in midas Civil.

- How to interpret the reactions, forces, stresses and extract results from midas Civil.

- How to perform RC design of girders.
