GUIDELINES

1. In each RRL of the subtopic, prepare one paragraph regarding the subtopic.

2. It is understood that you need to submit 3 paragraphs (3 RRL) per subtopic.

3. After the paragraph, write the source / author and the year RRL was published.

4. Prepare the Reference of the RRL immediately after the paragraph.

5. Follow the APA format STRICTLY. Do not submit the whole article or pdf of the

RRL.

EXAMPLE :

SUBTOPIC : Robusta Coffee (Coffea canephora Pierre ex. A. Froehner) Silverskin

Coffee silverskin is an integument that covers the raw coffee bean. This light

pellicle constitutes a by-product of coffee roasting since it is detached during this

procedure. Since usually it is not used to prepare coffee beverages, silverskin is

separated from the beans by air flow . The coffee silverskin is an important source of

several bioactive compounds and it contains dietary fibers and antioxidants, two

recognized factors in the prevention of chronic diseases. In association with its antioxidant

activity, silverskin aqueous extract also have an in vitro antiglycative properties, protecting

against the formation of advanced glycation end-products and trapping of carbonyl-

reactive species (Costa ASG et al., 2014).
