The principal responsibilities of the heavy equipment Mechanic position are to ensure that
the processes are maintained in a preventive fashion to ensure optimum reliability and up
time. This position troubleshoots processes and has the ability to diagnose mechanical, 2000 -
1 hydraulic and pneumatic problems associated with process equipment. The Heavy 15 3100 + 250
equipment Mechanic is responsible for repairing malfunctioning equipment such as Engines, F.A
transmission, hydraulic system, pumps, motors, controls and other components. Job duties
may also include fabricating parts, operating machining equipment such as Drills, grinders,
etc. The position is also responsible for the safe use of hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and
power tools
Diesel Mechanic for Trucks
The principal responsibilities of the Maintenance truck Mechanic position are to ensure that
the processes are maintained in a preventive fashion to ensure optimum reliability and up
time. This position troubleshoots processes and has the ability to diagnose mechanical, 1800 -
2 hydraulic and pneumatic problems associated with process equipment. The Mechanical 15 2500 + 250
Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing malfunctioning equipment such as F.A
Engines, transmission, hydraulic system, pumps, motors, controls and other components.
Job duties may also include fabricating parts, operating machining equipment such as Drills,
grinders, etc. The position is also responsible for the safe use of hoists, lift trucks, hand

Generator Mechanic
The principal responsibilities of the Generator Mechanic position are to ensure that the
processes are maintained in a preventive fashion to ensure optimum reliability and up time.
This position troubleshoots processes and has the ability to diagnose mechanical, with 2000 -
3 process Generator. The Generator Mechanic is responsible for repairing malfunctioning 15 2800 + 250
generators such as Engines, pumps, motors, controls and other components. Job duties F.A
may also include fabricating parts, operating machining equipment such as Drills, grinders,
etc. The position is also responsible for the safe use of hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and
power tools
Rewinder Technician

Auto Welder
Welders work in a workshop environment or at construction sites as employees of

production welding, brazing, and soldering equipment that has already been set up. They
may specialize in areas such as custom fabrication, pipeline construction welding, pressure
structural construction welding, vessel welding, or machinery and equipment repair welding
 Heavy Equipment Auto Electrician
Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment’s
using power tools and hand tools.
Diagnose malfunctioning system, components, equipment’s using test equipment 2000 -

Inspect the electrical system, equipment’s and components to identify the
hazards, defects and the need for the adjustment or repair.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment,
and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and
oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
Auto Electrician
An auto electrician in the railway industry will be utilized to perform services and

aspects of the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
AC Technician
1) Installs and repairs automotive air-conditioning units: Bolts compressor to engine
block and installs driving pulley on front end of crankshaft.
2) Places fan belt on pulleys, adjusts tension, and tightens bolts.

2. Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines,
shapers, or grinders.

conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers. 10 2200 + 250
4. Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or F.A
advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
5. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials
onto machines.

Minimum 03 years and above of managing heavy equipment maintenance facility with 5000 -
