     Swap testing and Physical Optimization.
     Drive test of Site for Call Origination Test, Hand over test & Coverage test.
     Find out Feeder Swap and Sector swap for Ericsson.
     Initiating Physical Site Optimization viz., Antenna Tilts, Antenna

    improvement opportunities with respect to Antenna Height, Propose height for
    Antenna and BTS, Tower Height, Media Available, Information related to the
    transmission & Power room etc. and Send it to the Customer.
     Discussed the Problems regarding Antenna Height Feasibility, Large shift in
    Lat-Long with the Customer.
     Doing 3G Drive Test for checking Voice Quality, Video Call and Data Speed in
    Uploading and Downloading and also done SCFT.
     Drive Test and Optimization for GSM 900 MHz cell sites using TEMS
    Investigation 10.0.3,13.1.
     Make report and Post Processing and analyzing call drops, call setup failure
    and coverage holes.
     Drive test of Site for Call Origination Test, Hand over test & Coverage test.
     Find out Feeder Swap and Sector swap for Ericsson.
