    Why is it your favorite brand?


    Nike has always believed in providing the high – quality products. It follows the “pyramid of
    influence” where the preferences of small percentage of top athletes influence the product and
    brand choices of others.
    How does it match with your personality?
    I have always been a sports lover and have immense respect for the sports personalities. Nike
    being the brand that have always focused on making high tech sports equipment and
    merchandise, I have always appreciated its efforts.
    What do you think about the brand’s tagline?
    Nike has got one of the best taglines. The tagline “Just do it” resonates with the ideology that
    anything can be done if you have will power. It helps in creating a positive and healthy attitude
    towards the challenges that are faced in life.
    According to you, which celebrity represents the brand the best?
    To represent the brand best, I think the athlete with a go and get attitude would be the best.
    The two athletes that comes to my Mind are Virat Kohli and Christiano Ronaldo. They are one
    of the most talented sportsperson and people with immense passion towards their game.
    According to me they will be best suited to represent the brand.
    Which brands pose the biggest threat to your favorite brand and why?
    The brand that deals in the similar area and can be used as a replacement is Adidas. Adidas is a
    very old brand and has got a rich legacy. It also produces products which are good in quality
    and can pose a threat to Nike in future if they improve and innovate their products in future.
    Who do you think are the most frequent consumers and customers of the brand?
    The consumers of the brand are the individuals that are interested in any form of physical
    activity. Even in day to day life the products of Nike like shoes, bags etc. are being used. The
    customers of the brand are the retailers which buy the product to sell it further. They may or
    may not use the product for personal use.
    APPLE

    Why is it your favorite brand?


    Apple has been a revolutionary brand which transformed the way people listen to music, play
    video games, talk on phone and even read books. It has incorporated the combination of
    shrewd product innovation and clever marketing.
    How does it match with your personality?
    Apple products are easy to use, elegant and have well thought out features, so there is some
    real substance to back up the aura of friendliness and coolness and it resonates with my
    personality.
    What do you think about the brand’s tagline?
    The tagline of the brand is to “Think Different” ad it has fairly done justice to it. Apple’s core
    competence is delivering exceptional experience through superb user interfaces. Apple has
    always focused on making their products more high – tech. It has revolutionized the world of
    technology with its out of box idea.
    According to you, which celebrity represents the brand the best?
    The celebrity that should represent Apple is Samuel Jackson, Apple being a smart product can
    associate it with him. Apple is selling something that will become part of your life, so they
    should use familiar faces and “cool” people to make the company and products already known
    and desirable. Celebrities help to color the blandness of an electronic device and make it easier
    for people to make a choice.

    Which brands pose the biggest threat to your favorite brand and why?
    The most formidable competitor of Apple id Microsoft. The maker of windows operating
    system, has a very large customer segment. Based on its lower prices, windows have a very
    large user base which continues to expand fast.
    Who do you think are the most frequent consumers and customers of the brand?
    Apple’s customer market is the consumer market in totality. The most frequent consumers of
    the brand can belong to any age group, with apple bringing in so many new products. They are
    the people who uses smart phone or a computer on a daily basis.
