12. Mr. A fired a gun at Mr. B. It was Mr. X who was hit instead. Decide.
13. Mr. X stabbed Mr. A who appears to be sleeping. It was proven however that Mr.
A was already dead when he was stabbed by Mr. X. Decide. Impossible Crimes.

14. While they were in a bar in a late night, Mr. A had a verbal fight with Mr. B.
Dismayed, Mr. A went out of the bar and he was about to cross a street he was
hit by a car. Is he liable for Homicide? f

immediately went on top of her. Just in time when his penis touches her
vagina, she woke up and ran away.
