    Legislative Affairs, Government of Andhra Pradesh, for Root Canal Treatment on 12.4.2018 at
    Azure Dental, 22 Sixth Avenue Singapore -Sanction – Accorded – Orders - Issued.

    Read the following:-

    1. From the P.S. to Min. for Finance Lr.No.340/Min.(Finance)/2018,dt.18.7.2018

    3. From the Chief Executive Officer, Dr.NTR Vaidyaseva Trust, Guntur,
    Lr.No.APMR03270/18/Dr.NTRVST/MR/2018 dated 07.08.2018.

    O R D E R:
    In the letter 1st read above, the P.S. to Minister for Finance has forwarded the
    medical bills of Sri Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Hon’ble Min. for Finance & Planning,
    Commercial Taxes and Legislative Affairs, Government of Andhra Pradesh, and requested to
    reimburse an amount of Rs.2,88,823/- for Root Canal Treatment of the Minister on
    12.4.2018 at Azure Dental, 22 Sixth Avenue Singapore.
    2. In the letter 3rd read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Dr.NTR Vaidyaseva Trust,
    Guntur, to whom the bills were sent for scrutiny, has stated that after scrutiny of the bills an
    amount Rs.2,88,823/- ( Rupees Two lakhs Eighty Eight thousand Eight hundred and twenty
    three only) sanctioned against the claim.
    3. Sanction is, therefore, accorded for payment of an amount Rs.2,88,823/- ( Rupees
    Two lakhs Eighty Eight thousand Eight hundred and twenty three only) to Sri Yanamala
    Ramakrishnudu, Hon’ble Min. for Finance & Planning, Commercial Taxes and Legislative
    Affairs, Government of Andhra Pradesh, for Root Canal Treatment on 12.4.2018 at Azure
    Dental, 22 Sixth Avenue Singapore.

    4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to “M.H.2013 – Council


    of Ministers – 101 – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – (04) – Salary of Ministers and
    Deputy Ministers – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement / Advances”.
    5. The Finance Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in para 3 above and disburse
    the same to Sri Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Hon’ble Min. for Finance & Planning, Commercial
    Taxes and Legislative Affairs, Government of Andhra Pradesh, by way of Cheque.

    6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
