    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, MARIA MAGDALENA A. SAN JUAN, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Songco, Borongan City, Eastern
    Samar, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint FADZILAH W. POMIDA, of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy.Balud I, Borongan
    City, Eastern Samar, to be my true and lawful attorney-in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead for my own use and benefit, to
    do and perform any or all of the following acts and things, to wit:

    1. To process, transact and submit any documents and other related process with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR),
    Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Mayor’s office and other related offices in opening a new business;

    2. To sign, claim, and receive any and all documents/papers emanating from any entity to effectuate the above purposes, for and
    in my behalf.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act required or
    necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as dully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
    present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
