INSPECTION SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION

Follow the inspection notification. Dominion Steelcon provided technical documentation related to this inspection.

Dimensional check performed on main dimensional of stack section and platforms has been check. All measurements under tolerances.
All measurement are marked on the drawings in Annex 2. Prior to the inspection Steelcon assembly ladders and platforms on the
stack. Two support beams position 18 (marked on drawing) for this trial assembly used temporary from another project.
Four support plates position 4 (marked on drawing) between stack and ladders were not welded. Steelcon forgot to weld support
plates during a fabrication. Support plates will be welded in next days and coating will be applied afterwards.
Note. One part of the platform assembled in Steelcon Slovakia and Steelcon present pictures as prove.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Follow up observations from the report.
