    “Driving License Related Services”

    2. ತರ ಂ ನ ಟದ “Karnataka” 2. Select “Karnataka” state in the

    3. ತರ “Apply Online” ಅ ಆ 3. Select “Apply Online” in the
    , ಅದರ “New Learner’s License” next page and then select “New
    Learner’s License”

    4. “New Learner’s License” ಆ ದ 4. After selection of “New

    details, after saving take a print-
    ಭ ೕ ಯ , out of Acknowledgement. After
    ತರ ಂ ನ ಟಗಳ ಸ, taking print-out, Scan and upload
    ವಯ , ಇತರ ಖ ಗಳ Age, Address and other documents as
    ೕ ೕ ಮ ಸ ಯ “Scan” showin in the form. Scan and Upload
    ಅಪ ೕ , passport photograph and signature.

    5. ಅ ತರ, ಕ ಲ ಪ ೕ “LL 5. Book date and time for Learner’s


    Test Slot Booking” ಟದ ಂಕ License Test through “LL Test Slot
    Booking”
    ಮ ಯ ಗ ಪ .

    6. ತರ ಇಂಟ ಂ ಲಭ 6. If you have internet banking


    ಂ ದ , “Payment of fee” ಆ ಯ facility. pay the fees online
    through “Payment of fee” option and
    ಲಕ ಆನ ಲಕ ಲ
    take the print-out of e-receipt.
    ವ ,ರ ೕ . ಆನ You can pay the fees at RTO Cash
    ಲ ವ ಲಭ ಂ ಲ ದ , Counter also.

    7. ತರ ಪ ದ ಂಕ 7. Visit the Regional Transport
    ಕ ಕ ೕ . Office (RTO) on the appointment
    ದ ೕ ಪತ ಆ date along with acknowledgement and
    ಲ ರ ೕ (ಆ ನ e-receipt (if paid online). Produce
    the original documents (Proof of
    ವ ದ ) ಅಪ ೕ Age/Address etc.,) which are
    ಡ ದ ಲ ಖ ಗಳ uploaded. If fees not paid online,
    ಜ ಪ . ಆನ ಲ ವ the same can be paid at Cash
    ಲಭ ಂ ಲ ದ ,ಕ ನಗ Counter of the RTO. No need to take
    ಯ ಲ ವ ರ ೕ print-out of the Application form
    ಜ ಪ ಸ . ತ and photo copies of the original
    documents.
