    Examination Guidelines

    About the Exam

    1. The certification exam will test both your knowledge and your ability to apply the concepts.
    2. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes i.e. 2 hours.
    3. The passing score is 60% (this is the net score arrived after deducting negative marking).
    4. If you score 75% or above you will get a Badge of Excellence. This denotes that you
    have excelled in this examination.
    5. The exam will be computer based and comprises the following types of questions:
    a. Multiple Choice Questions with Single Answer
    b. Multiple Choice Questions with Multiple Answer
    c. Match the following
    6. Questions will be either 1 mark, 2 marks, 3 marks or 5 marks (this will be displayed beside the
    question).
    7. There are negative marks for wrong answers, so please don’t gamble!
    8. Please take the diagnostic test before you attempt the final exam.
    9. FLIP certification booking happens in T+2 basis, for example if you wish to write the exam on
    Jan 5 you have to book your exam by Jan 3.
    10. A booking once made cannot be cancelled.
    11. Any rescheduling will come at additional cost.

    On the day of the Exam


    1. You are requested to report to the center at least 30 minutes prior to the exam start time.
    2. Please bring your Hall Ticket with your photo affixed, an ID proof and Back Up
    Answer Sheet (provided on FLIP Platform). The ID proof MUST be valid as on date of
    examination.
    3. Cell Phones and other electronic gadgets are strictly NOT to be used during the exam. You
    will however be permitted to use your calculators.
    4. You will be given access to Microsoft Excel.
    5. Please mark all your answers simultaneously on the backup answer sheet, while
    marking on the system. It will act as a back up in case of any technical issues.
    6. Malpractices will not be tolerated – please respect the integrity of the exam.
    7. Please submit your Hall Ticket, Back Up Answer Sheet, Formula Sheet and Rough
    Sheets (if used) to the proctor before leaving the center.
