    SUBJECT : SPOT REPORT re: Alleged theft

    DATE : August 21, 2019

    Reference: a. Blotter entry Number 001 dated August 22, 2019.

    1. Please be informed that at around 9:00 PM of August 21, 2019 Alexander


    Ace y Mathis 25 years old, married and a resident of Sitio Pantar, Laya West, Tabuk,
    City, Kalinga came and reported to TCPS alleged that his one (1) Japanese
    Mountain Bike Racer type described as follows: stainless steel steering handle,
    chrome body.

    2. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that said mountain bike was


    properly parked around 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at his BNB sari-sari store
    located at the above-mentioned place. At around 7:00 o’clock in the evening of the
    same date he discovered that his bicycle was found missing and believed to be
    stolen by unidentified person/s. Personnel of TCPS conducted follow up investigation
    for the identity and possible arrest of the suspect.

    3. Request acknowledge receipt.
