    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Title: Rider

    Reports to: Transport Manager/…Branch Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    The job holder is responsible for checking all products for accuracy against customer receipts and
    deliver meals to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part of a team.
    Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties such as cleaning the Front of House
    area, sorting and compiling of packaging materials and distribution of menus/pamphlets & other
    advertising materials. Comply with company’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards as
    defined in the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
     Be available throughout the shift to collect on time meals ready for delivery
     Ensuring that orders reach customers, accurate, complete, hot and on time.
     Take extreme care while riding and also looking after the meals on transit
     Collect the cash payment on delivery where applicable
     Check and report if bike has current registration , is roadworthy and any other issue on a
    bike.
     Ensure that the bike is clean and neat
     Report with urgency to the Manager on duty regarding any food delivery delays and any
    customer related issue
     Any other duties as assigned by your manager/Branch manger
