    connect doctors and patients.[1][2][3] The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered
    in Delhi, India.[4][5] The service allows patients to connect with the doctor online through a video
    call or schedule an appointment and can get info about medication.

    1. Lybrate helps you find the doctors based on their specialty, location and user ratings. It
    has ample listing of doctors and clinics with easy to search options.
    2. It focuses on content curation wherein user/customer reviews are given prime
    importance. Based on customer feedback, doctors/hospitals are rated. This information
    will then be passed on for next user recommendation.
    3. You can visit the website, find the right doctors based on your needs and book
    appointment. The site is pretty smooth and easy to use. Once customer clicks on
    doctors appointment schedule, doctor gets a notification which they can accept, reject
    or propose a different time.
    4. For doctors, the clinic management software is available which they can use for billing,
    prescription handling and scheduling/appointment management.
    5. Lybrate is free for customers i.e. patients. For doctors, INR 249 ‘primo’ pack provides
    mobile apps, calendar sync, phone support, unlimited emails along with tools for
    managing one clinic and 500 SMS to patients.
    6. This can be upgraded to the ‘medio’ – a Rs 449 per month plan or ‘grande’ – a 849 per
    month plan for an upgrade to 3 clinics and 1100 SMS or 6 clinics and 2500 SMS
    respectively.
    7. While the above 2 form a major revenue model for Lybrate, they also generate revenues
    by allowing contextual advertisements from hospitals and clinics in demarcated
    sections of the website.
    8. The company is doing great in terms of replicating the already existing business model.

    In May 2016, Lybrate launch Lybrate Lab an online lab testing service that allows a patient
    sample to be collected right from their home, with results later shared online. It also provides
    patient management services for doctors, and remote doctor-patient consultancy.[33][34] The
    service currently has over 1 lakh (100,000) certified doctors available and connect patients with
    medical care professionals
