    the proceeds, fruits, profits, or interests yielding therefrom as her sole and
    exclusive property;

    7. That I am also recognizing her right to retain exclusive ownership, possession,


    administration and enjoyment thereof as well as her exclusive right to mortgage,
    encumber, alienate or otherwise dispose the same without the need of my
    consent;

    8. That I am waiving my rights, interest, or share over abovementioned property


    which I may have by reason of our marriage;

    9. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of all the foregoing facts and
    for all other legal purposes this may serve.
