    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    OF MOTOR VEHICLE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Deed of Sale made and executed this _______day of_________ 2017 in Cebu City,
    Philippines by and between:

    SHEENA DESIREE S. BELLOSILLO of legal age, Filipino and residence CEBU CITY,
    hereinafter known as the VENDOR;

    -And-

    WITNESSETH THAT:

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute owner of the motor vehicle, more particularly
    described as follows, to wit:

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR has offered to sell to the VENDEE and the latter has agreed to buy
    the aforementioned, vehicle, for the price and under the conditions hereinafter set forth:

    NOW, THEREFORE, FOR IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PREMISES, and more specifically of


    the sum of __________________________________________________________ Philippine currency,
    (php ________________)receipt whereof is expressly acknowledged and confessed by the
    VENDOR from the VENDEE, the VENDOR has SOLD, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED, and
    by these presents, does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, his/her
    heirs/administrators, successors-in-interest and assigns the above-described motor vehicle:
    subject to the following terms and conditions.

    1. The VENDEE, hereby undertake to immediately transfer the registration of the said
    motor vehicle in his name. However, in the event that the said motor vehicle causes
    damage or injury to any person or property before the transfer of registration in his
    name and while already in his possession or that of his authorized representative
    or any person acting in his behalf, the VENDEE will assume exclusive liability for
    such damage or injury. The VENDEE further undertakes in such event, to hold the
    VENDOR from any manner of actions, suits, claims and/or demands whatsoever
    with the person injured or owner of the damaged property may have against the
    registered owner.

    2. All expenses, including registration fees, documentary stamps, notarial and


    attorney’s fees, and all other charged fees, which may be required on this
    instrument necessary to transfer title in the name of the VENDEE, shall be paid by
    the VENDEE.

    3. That the VENDEE, hereby expressly waives, abandons and releases the VENDOR
    from any and all applicable warranties whatsoever, including warranty against
    hidden defects.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed heir signatures at the City of
