Instructions:
This form is designed to assist in the acceptance procedure for all KPC operated drilling rigs during
a continuous drilling campaign.
When performing the inspection CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE Y/N. IF N IS CIRCLED ENTER
IN REMARK ACTION TO BE TAKEN.
It is expected that the KPC Wellsite Supervisor and the Rig Contractor’s toolpusher will co-
ordinate to insure that these conditions are met prior to acceptance of the rig in question.
Safety Remarks
- Fire fighting equipment in place, tested. and within expiry period Y/N _____________
