    3 Customer builds foundation for extended bin following HTEN's layout drawing
    4 Customer supplies electric for dismantling and installation
    5 Delivery time: 20 days after deposit receipt.
    6 Time of repairing, painting and installing: 10 days after foundation delivery
    7 Offer validity: within 30 days from the offer date.
    8 Payment: shall be transferred by T/T
    - 50% deposit after order confirmation
    - 50% balance payment after acceptance and put into use
