C- or better in ME 2141 or C or better in ARO 2041, CE 2041, or ME 214; and C


or better in MAT 1150 or MAT 116.

Failure to complete the proper prerequisites may result in student being dropped
from the class.

ABSENSES

To be fair to the majority of the students in class, no make-up exams or quizzes


will be allowed except for serious documented reasons.

HOMEWORK

Weekly homework is to be collected Wednesdays, starting with the second


Wednesday of the quarter 9/4/2019, unless noted otherwise
When solving a homework problem, use the same format standards as for
Vector Statics:
 Given
 Sketch, with variables labeled clearly
 To find
 Solution, including free body diagrams of forces, velocity diagram
and/or acceleration diagram in rigid body problems as needed
 Boxed answers with correct units
