This pattern makes a doll about 13 inches (33 cm) tall. It has the same
dimensions as the real Lalaloopsy doll. The clothes and shoes are not removable.

Crochet abbreviations (United States)

mr = magic ring
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
2sc = 2 single crochets in a single stitch
sc2t = single crochet front loops of 2 stitches together
st = stitch
sl = slip
fo = fasten off

Materials you will need

□ 2.75 mm and 3.25-3.75 mm crochet hook (depending on how tightly
you stitch)
□ Lily Sugar ‘n Cream 4 ply cotton yarn in camomile, and white
□ Lion Brand Wool-Ease yarn in pumpkin
□ Red Heart Super Saver yarn in carrot
□ Patons Classic Wool yarn in orchid
□ Caron Simply Soft in black, and white
□ Pipe cleaners with the sharp ends folded in
□ Cotton buds
□ Crochet thread in black, and white
□ Felt in light pink, and black
□ 2 large black buttons
□ Black ribbon for the hair ties
□ Polyester fiberfill
□ Yarn needle
□ Glue (I prefer hot glue)

Notes before starting

 The pattern follows continuous rounds, do not join or turn unless
otherwise stated. Remember to mark the first stitch of each round.

Using a 2.75 mm crochet hook and camomile yarn,
mr, ch 1

Thumb: ch x 3, sl st in 2nd and 3rd ch
4-7 sc x 6 6
8 sc x 6, change to black yarn 6
9 In back loops only, sc x 6 6
10-14 sc x 6. Using white yarn (Lily brand), surface sl st 6
every 2 rows to make the stripes on her sleeve.
15 sc x 6, change to orchid yarn 6
16 In front loops only, (2sc, sc) x 3 9
17 (2sc, sc x 2) x 3 12
18 (ch x 2, sc) x 12, sl st in first st, fo. Flip the orchid 12
part inside out so that it sits over the arm to form
the sleeve at the top of her arm. Leave some yarn
to attach the arm to the body using the back loops
of round 16.
Forearm cuffs
With black yarn, in the front loops of round 9,

(Caron brand), mr, ch 1

white yarn to surface sl st above round 3.

Using white crochet thread, sew shoelaces about 3
stitches wide and 1 row apart. Tie a bow at the top
and fix with hot glue so that it stays in place and
doesn’t become undone.
20 The position of the shoe’s tongue will be different 9
for everyone based on how the shoelaces were
tied. Basically the tongue is black: sc x 3, the rest
of the round is carrot: in back loops only, sc x 6.
Leave some black yarn so that you can surface sl
st around the top of the shoes and tongue.
21 Continuing with the carrot yarn, 8

SKIRT
Round Instructions st #
Turn the doll upside down, so that the legs are up (27)
and the head is down. Using a 3.25 mm crochet
hook and orchid yarn, start in the front loops of
round 12 of the body, sl st, ch 1.
At the end of each round, sl st in first st of the
round and ch 1.

The design on the skirt is like a four-leaf clover.
Divide the skirt into 13 stitches (front leaf), 14
stitches (side leaf), 13 stitches (back leaf), and 14
stitches (side leaf).
Front and back leaf pattern –
carrot: sc x 1, black: sc x 5, 2sc, sc x 6 (14)
Side leaf pattern –
carrot: sc x 1, black: sc x 13 (14)
8 All leaves pattern – 56

Continue next rounds with carrot yarn.

Also surface sl st around the four-leaf clover design
in black. To make the little black bumps, sl st

HAIR

Mark on the head where you want the two pony tails to be. On the back
of the head, mark the halfway mark between the ponytails and draw a
line from the top of the head to the back of her neck. The hair will be
sewn to the head along this line using the carrot yarn.

Starting at the top of the head, measure the length of pumpkin yarn you
will need from the halfway mark, to the pony tail, and then to her
shoulders. Double the length and sew the middle of the yarn to the head.
As you continue down the back of her head, the length of yarn needed
will get longer and longer.

For the hair on the front of her head, start at the top of her head,
measure the length of pumpkin yarn needed to cover her forehead and
for the ends to be hidden under the pony tails. As you continue down
her forehead, the length of yarn needed will get longer and longer. Glue
the yarn to the head.

Gather the yarn you sewed down the back of her head into two pony
tails. Tie to the head using carrot yarn and make it secure. Tie a black
ribbon on each pony tail. To make the ends of her pony tail curl out,
leave some outer strands and tie the rest of the pony tail to the head
about three-quarters of the way down with carrot yarn. Glue the outer
strands that you left out over the place where you tied it.

FACE
Cut a pair of eyelashes from the black felt. Glue the eyelashes to the
large black buttons. Sew the holes of the buttons in a cross stitch
pattern. Glue the eyes to the head.

For her cheeks, cut two circles from the pink felt and glue to the head.
(I used the black buttons as a template for the cheeks.)

Sew a beauty spot and mouth using black thread and pull the ends of
the thread inside the head.
