    An NDT report was prepared for GAMA Power regarding ultrasonic testing of weld number 2 on an 18-inch carbon steel pipeline from the Whitegate IPP project. The TOFD inspection found four rejectable indications in the weld measuring between 15.3-18mm in depth and 33-58mm in length. Transverse scans of the weld were found to be acceptable. Based on the TOFD results, weld number 2 was deemed not acceptable.
