I. Technical Feasibility
The product is a Tube-big that sucks the stuck flood water in the house premises. The materials of
the flood sucker are all readily available in the market so the process to create the product will be
assembling the outsourced materials. The location of the Office and the factory site is at Molino-
Paliparan road Molino I, Bacoor Cavite. and we are renting the space. Tube-big is feasible to create
and feasible to be sell in the market since many Caviteño is experiencing flood in this area.
The objective market feasibility of Tube-big are to analyze the current market, target market, the
competitors, and to create marketing strategies and marketing plan. To gather data, we provided
survey questionnaires that was distributed inside SM City Bacoor. The survey shows a demand of
40% for people that are very likely to buy the product, 60% that they will somehow buy the
product. Our Manual Flood sucker has a 50% share in the market. The target market will be the
people of the low-lying areas of Cavite especially Bacoor since it is one of the largest population
city in Cavite.

which also experiencing floods. In this, it can affect the percentage of the GDP of the country by
increasing it.
The industry of our product Tube-Big is a manufacturing Industry. In the manufacturing industry
in the Philippines, they have a flood sucker that is used by the Bureau of Fire Protection. This flood
sucker is a heavy duty one that sucks flood of the streets. This flood sucker also requires electricity
to enable the use of the flood sucker. The tube-big will be the handy version of this flood sucker

The Tube-Big is a partnership between Lloyd Emver Alcantara, Queenie Grace Acanto, Jamelyn
Natanuan and John Mark Teves. The partnership is established at Molino-Paliparan road Molino
