Statement of the problem: STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM The need for the study was to assess the
customer satisfaction of Airtel compared with other organization in the same
industry. The organization also needs relevant data as to how it can improve its
management policies in order to gain future market share. ? Seek the general
perception of customers towards Airtel. ? To know the customers psyche and
their behavior towards Airtel.

Objectives of the study: OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY 1. To study of customer satisfaction level of Airtel
with its competitors. 2. To find out the reason of portability to other telecomm
network. 3. To study the different types of schemes offered by Airtel. 4. To find
the market potential and market penetration of Airtel products & services
offerings in Dehradun.

Conduct survey to collect data

Explanation of the Method: Sample Size Sample size refers to the numbers of respondents researcher have
selected for the survey. I will have selected 50 sample units from market and
individual customers. Sampling Technique The sample design provides
information on the target information and final sample sizes. I will used conveyed
convenient sampling surveyed in the research. Sampling Area: Dehradun

Company Profile: Bharti Airtel Limited also known as Airtel is an Indian global telecommunications
services company based in Delhi, India. It operates in 18 countries across South
Asia and Africa, and also in the Channel Islands. Airtel provides GSM, 3G, 4G LTE,
4G+ mobile services, fixed line broadband and voice services depending upon the
country of operation. Airtel had also rolled out its VoLTE technology across all
Indian telecom circles. It is the third largest mobile network operator in India and
the second largest mobile network operator in the world with over 293.79 million
subscribers. Airtel was named India's second most valuable brand in the first ever
Brandz ranking by Millward Brown and WPP plc.

Method you will use to classify data: Sampling Technique The sample design provides information on the target
information and final sample sizes. I used conveyed convenient sampling
surveyed in research.
Method you will use to present data: Data collection tool I will use Questionnaire, as the research instrument to
conduct the market survey. The questionnaire consisted closed ended questions
designed in such a way that it should gather maximum information possible. The
questionnaire will be a combination of 15 questions. If choices are given it is
easier for the respondent to respond from the choices rather they think and reply
also it takes lesser time. Because the keep on responding and one has tick mark
the right choice accordingly. Data was collected through two sources: Primary
Source: Primary data will be collected directly from the customers through a
questionnaire. Secondary Source: The secondary source will be company website
and my colleagues.
