Terms and Conditions

1. The Monthly Swipe With Citi Promo (the “Promo”) will run from September 16 - October 15, 2019 (“Promo
Period”), following the schedule below:

September 16 - October 15, 2019 September 16 - October 15, 2019 November 5, 2019 - January 4, 2020

2. The Promo is open to Pre-selected Principal cardholders of Citi Credit Cards (“Card”) that have been locally
issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (“Citi”), which are active and in good credit standing, have available
credit limit, have registered valid and updated mobile number and email address with Citibank, who received
an SMS and/or email from Citibank regarding the particular promo requirement (“Pre-selected Cardholder”),
and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies
from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

3. To qualify for the Promo, the Pre-selected Cardholder must register and create an account in the Promo website
(www.gft.ph/zreg) during the promo registration periods. A unique Registration Code will be sent to him/her
together with the promo website URL via an SMS and/or e-mail. Upon accessing the site, s/he must input his/her
Registration Code and the last 6 digits of his/her active Citi card on the registration page. Only successfully
registered accounts (where the Registration Code matched the correct last 6 digits of active Citi card) will be
qualified for the Promo.

By registering for the Promo, the Cardholder agrees that any information provided in the promo website will be
subject to the confidentiality and security terms of the third party entity managing the site for Citibank. Further,
the Cardholder agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails in relation to the Promo, such as but not limited
to SMS or e-mails confirming earning of Premium Item/s upon completion of qualified purchases.

4. Promo Requirement

a) A Pre-Selected cardholder shall be entitled to redeem the corresponding electronic Gift Vouchers (the
“Premium Item/s”) set out below, for every minimum accumulated spend in Philippine Peso currency
(“Qualified Spend”) as indicated in the SMS/email from Citibank:

Provided, that, the pre-selected Cardholder will only be allowed to redeem during the Promo Redemption
Period the maximum amount of Premium Item/s as indicated in the above table, for all qualified straight
purchases in Philippine currency.

b) The following existing and new transactions do not qualify for this offer: International/Overseas spend or
any transactions booked in foreign currency, Call for Cash transactions, Cash Advance availment, Balance
Transfer availment, Balance Conversion transactions, PayLite transactions, Paylite After Purchase
transactions, OneBill transactions, Online payments made via Citibank Online or mobile banking, Auto-debit
enrolments, and credit card fees and charges.
Additionally, the following transactions will not be considered eligible for the promo: purchases made in
casinos and at merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution (example: warehouse clubs,
networking companies, multi-level marketing entities), and transactions that are subsequently cancelled or
refunded.

c) Qualified straight purchases in Philippine Peso currency made on all of the Cardholder’s Citi Card/s and its
corresponding Supplementary cards are considered for purposes of determining the Pre-selected
Cardholder's accumulated spend under the Promo. The Supplementary cardholder/s’ spend shall be
aggregated with the Principal Cardholder’s spend across all the Principal Cardholder’s Citi Cards in order to
compute for the Principal Cardholder’s total accumulated spend. The Supplementary cardholder’s spend
shall not be entitled to earn any Gift Vouchers separate from the Principal Cardholder.

Only qualified straight purchases in Philippine Peso currency using Cardholder’s Citi Card/s will be
considered in computing earned Premium Item/s.

d) The Supplementary Card’s transactions are eligible for the promo only if the Principal Card is qualified.

e) The Cardholder’s Citi Card account/s must be active and in good credit standing during the Promo Periods.

5. A Cardholder who qualified for the foregoing promo requirements may redeem his/her Premium Item/s via
www.giftaway.ph/swipe3, during the redemption period November 5, 2019 - January 4, 2020. Redemption is
facilitated from Mondays – Fridays, business hours 9:00AM – 6:00PM.

6. Redemption Process

a) At the end of the Promo Spend Period, the Pre-selected Cardholder who has successfully registered on the
Promo website and who met the qualifying spend requirements will receive an advisory SMS and/or email
on his/her registered mobile number and/or e-mail address in Citi records, containing the following:
amount of Premium Item/s earned, a unique 6-character Redemption Code, and the URL of the redemption
website. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to update his/her contact information by calling the
Citiphone Hotline at (02) 995-9999.

b) The Pre-selected Cardholder’s Citi Cards must be active and must not have any overdue payments at the
time of redemption.
c) The Pre-selected Cardholder must access the online redemption website and create an account using the
Redemption Code provided, to redeem the Premium Item/s.
d) After successful account creation, the total amount of the Premium Item will be reflected on the “My
Account” page.
e) The Pre-selected Cardholder may now use the total amount of the Premium Item and choose Gift Voucher
from applicable Giftaway partner merchants available at the online redemption website.
f) After selection, the Pre-selected Cardholder will receive the Gift Voucher code/s of the chosen Giftaway
partner merchants via SMS and/or email.
g) The Pre-selected Cardholder must present for validation the SMS and/or email containing the Gift Voucher
code/s to the personnel of the store where they will use the Gift Voucher, prior to ordering or purchasing.
h) The Gift Voucher code/s must only be given to the store personnel once the Cardholder commits to use it
at the store.
i) The Gift Voucher code is for one-time use only.
j) If the total value of the Gift Voucher is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes
beyond the value indicated on the Gift Voucher, the Cardholder will pay for the difference.
k) The Gift Voucher code/s are valid for use at merchant partners for one (1) calendar year from the end date
of the redemption period, as indicated in the table below. All unredeemed codes after this date shall be
forfeited in favor of Citi.

7. A Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promo in the event that his/her Citi credit Card/s become/s
delinquent, or is suspended, cancelled, or terminated before the awarding of the Premium Item/s.

8. The Promo offer is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any other promotions.

9. The Gift Voucher code is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.

10. All Gift Voucher redemptions are final; no return or exchange of the Gift Voucher/s will be permitted. The Pre-
selected Cardholder is responsible for inspecting the quality, condition, and expiry dates of the Gift Voucher
code/s before redeeming the item/s. The Pre-selected Cardholder shall also be responsible for safekeeping the
Gift Voucher code/s upon redemption; no replacement for lost Gift Voucher code/s will be permitted. Citibank
and/or the merchant shall not be obliged to refund nor replace the Gift Voucher code/s once redeemed.

11. By redeeming through Giftaway, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and
other information that may be required by Giftaway, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the
confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of Giftaway.

12. Citibank is not an agent of Giftaway or of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the
quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided
should be directed to Giftaway and/or the participating merchant.

13. All terms and conditions relating to the Gift Voucher/s and its use as indicated in the Giftaway website
www.giftaway.ph shall apply.

14. By accepting and/or using the Gift Vouchers, the qualified Cardholder agrees to hold Citi free and harmless from
any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participating in the Promo or caused by or arising
from his/her acceptance and/or use of the Gift Voucher.

15. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Citi’s decision
will prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by
Citibank with the concurrence of DTI.

16. Fraud, abuse, breach of the Card’s or the Promo’s terms and conditions, or any unauthorized action relating to
the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promo and the earning and redemption of the Premium
Item/s, may result in the forfeiture of the Premium Item/s, the charging of the equivalent cost of the Premium
Item/s, the disqualification from future promos, cancellation of Card privileges, termination of the Card account,
and acceleration of charging of Card/Loan balance upon account closure. The taking of any or all of the above
actions shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
