discussed and desired.
6. All disputes are subject to Noida India jurisdiction only.
7. Guarantee: 24 months from the date of dispatch of material, Guarantee is not applicable on
electric/rubber.
8. TAXES-: Taxes, duties, etc.: Extra as applicable at the time of dispatch.
9. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.
10. Insurance: Customers are advised to get the goods insured for damage in transit. We can also arrange
insurance on your behalf at extra cost of 1% of the total order value.
