It is a presentation by Mr. Ricafrente and his architect showing two scenarios of what might be
envisioned for our company.
It has been suggested to Mr. Ricafrente that, at the conclusion, questions be received. This may be
connected with the same procedure as monthly Board meetings with audience taking turns at a
microphone.
The Board continues to work closely with our attorneys is pursuing avenues most beneficial to all.
Conclusions following the presentation will be distributed by the Board early next week.

To manage, supervise, decide arrange the entire financial and banking affairs of the assigned companies.
To check, scrutinize, verify the Maste IVCs and Back to Back IVCs with the Bank & other vouchers
regularly.
To record & register all L/C(s) & update all Latter of credit (s) on regular basis.
To check confirm & monitor shipment due payment short shipment schedule maintenance stock lot (s)
sales proceed realization, expenses various bills & vouchers etc.
To prepare the update report regularl and to equip your good Department at a state when the instant
report information can easily be obtained.
To submit report to the top Management on daily basis on the total L/C related matters so as to take
necessary action.
To coordinate among the concern departments like Merchandising Commercial F& A production etc.
To liaison closely with the concerne Bank officials insurance companies and other

due consideration make, suggestive recommendations for necessary action.

Sir,
I joined as Adviser (Accounts & Finance) on 1 July 2002. After my joining, I have been trying hard with
the help end co-operation from Management and Colleagues to reÂestablish total accounting system
through Accounting Software.
I believe the Management has observed the development of total Accounting System of the Company.
As you Know, I have been working here for last twenty-three (23) months and I never got nor claimed for
any extra benefit from the management although the Chairman of the Company had committed to
increasing my salary after successful completion of the probationary period.
Now, I would like to remind you to take action to fix up my salary as per terms of my appointment letter
